Piazza delle Donne

The pandemic has hit women particularly heavily and on all fronts: from work to family management, with significant repercussions also on the psychological level.

For this reason, UIL has decided to reclaim our own space not only to discuss these issues together but also to offer spaces and tools for comparison and reflection, to create thought and, from here, action.

In this regard, the UIL promotes an initiative called the “Piazza delle Donne”, a series of webinars related to the theme of the pandemic and the impact on women, attracting the experience of several colleagues at national and international level. The initiative started in December 2020.
